My fave books

You are a Badass by Jen Sincero. This is a brilliantly honest and hilariously funny self-help book that gives you chunks of knowledge to get your Badass on and live a totally awesome life!
Instructions for happiness and success from Susie Pearl. This is a manual does what it says on the tin and I love it.
Fat is a feminist issue by Susie Orbach. OMG this book was lightyears ahead of it’s time and it really speaks to me.
Body Confidence by Astrid Longhurst. Fantastic book about accepting your body as it is and loving every inch!
E squared and E Cubed by Pam Grout. The experiments in these books are design to demonstrate thoughts create things.

My fave apps

Action for Happiness. This is also a website and an App. Both are fab places where you hear only good news.
Good News Network. Again an App and a website that is packed full of good news from across the globe.
